Stat Attack

Much has been made of the All Blacks impressive test record and the Eden Park fortress in recent days – not least by me.

It is worth looking at the stats from the first two tests though –

All Blacks – 397

All Blacks – 16

Lions – 15

All Blacks leader – Beauden Barrett 3.5

Add in the fact that the Lions lead in tries – 4 to 3 and there is hope for tomorrow.

If the Lions can cut out the penalties and up their share of turnovers then anything can happen. Obviously a few more Sean O’Brien tries and some yellow cards for the blokes in black would help too.
